For IT Recruiters Executive Summary Our Structure Plans Projects

Our Structure
We view an Institution structure as the foundation and the cloud which we build on.
To us, a structure has at minimum the following components:

       • Institution
       • Management
       • Vision
       • Finance
       • Marketing
       • Environment
       • Technology
       • Projects
       • Infrastructure
       • Testing

Our attempt in this page is to present our view briefly so future partners and investors would understand our structure and priorities.

Institution:
Any institution must have a structure even if it is 100% virtual with no physical presence. The structure may vary based on the type of business, country or culture.

Management:
The core success or failure of any institution is its management. We view management as the core, the leader, the motivator, the energy, and the brain of any institution. Management must take the responsibility of everything that runs in the institution.

Vision:
Anything including the institution and the future must have a vision(s) which is documented and brainstormed. We recommend that any vision must have a markup or a prototype if feasible. A Proof of Concept (POC) is recommend for any vision.

Finance:
We cannot express how critical finance is in turning any institution into a reality or being a competitor. Management must work with the source of finance and document all the interaction with financier.

Marketing:
It is the wrapper, not the candy that sells, as the wrapper is important to candy makers, so does marketing to our products and projects.

Environment:
Environment has several aspects such as company, business, system, development and testing.

Technology:
The latest and the greatest must be our practice at hand.

Projects:
Our view of project is the same of our view of an institution with development as an added feature.

Infrastructure:
Our Intelligent, automated, virtual DevOps is our infrastructure.

Testing:
Testing is very critical to any project success and in turn any institution's success. We keep testing as a separate component which must be independent with automation.
